Gay Ahmadi member of the UK Parliament Imran Ahmad Khan, who is on trial for sexually assaulting a 15 years old boy, faces another allegation of performing a sex act on a sleeping British aid worker in Peshawar, Pakistan, where they were working on a Foreign Office funded program in November 2010.

Testifying before the jury on Monday, the aid worker said he did it after giving him a sleeping pill as they shared a room in a guest house in the city of Peshawar. He said he later woke up to find Khan was performing a sex act on him, having pulled down his boxer shorts. He added: ‘I pushed him off and told him to stop and said something along the lines of, “What the f*** are you doing?”‘ The victim was in his early 20s on the time of the alleged incident.

He said he had reported the incident to the British High Commission and the Foreign Office but did not want to go to the police in Pakistan because of Khan’s ‘powerful connections’ in the military and government.

The alleged victim came forward as a witness after hearing Khan had been charged with sexual assault, the court heard. The man said that before the alleged incident: ‘There were definitely times when he got drunk after a few gin and tonics for example.’ He said Khan’s homosexuality was an ‘open secret’ and the MP would sometimes act ‘quite flirtatiously’ or ‘tickle’ him. Jurors heard that on the night of the alleged sexual assault Khan and the man had been at a party where everyone was drinking whisky.

Asked if he had been smoking marijuana, the witness said: “I think generally at these types of events, if it had been there, both Imran and I would have had some.” Khan’s counsel said her client did not like marijuana or the smell of it but the man said: “He has definitely smoked in front of me in the past.”

The MP, who is gay and an Ahmadi, claimed he only touched the Catholic teenager’s elbow when he ‘became extremely upset’ after a conversation about his confused sexuality.

The trial of Imran Ahmad Khan, 47, the Conservative MP for Wakefield, on charges of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in 2008 in Staffordshire started March 21.

On December 16 last year, Khan appeared at the Old Bailey in London via video-link and the case was transferred to Southwark Crown Court where his trial was scheduled. The defendant, who is on unconditional bail, has been suspended by the Conservative Party and sits in the Commons as an independent.

After his elections, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya UK had congratulated Khan. Its official Twitter handle – @AhmadiyyaUK – on December 13, 2019, said, “Congratulations, best wishes and prayers for success in building a peaceful world to @imranahmadkhan, on becoming Member of Parliament for Wakefield. Imran Ahmad-Khan is the first-ever member of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community elected as a Member of British Parliament.”

Khan’s father belonged to Khyber Pakhtunkhawa province of Pakistan and had moved to England. He denied the allegation “in the strongest terms”, saying “I am innocent” in a statement posted on Twitter. He was elected at the 2019 general election.

President of Majlis-e-Ahrar-e-Islam Pakistan Syed Ata ul Muhaimin Bukhari in Multan, Professor Khalid Shibbir Ahmad in Toba Take Singh, Secretary General of Majlis-e-Ahrar-e-Islam Abdul Latif Khalid Cheema in Chichawatni, Syed Muhammad Kafeel Bukhari in Sadiqabad, Maulana Muhammad Mugheerah in Chennab Nagar (Rabwah), Hafiz Zia Ullah Hashmi in Gujrat, Qari Muhammad Yousuf Ahrar and Qari Muhammad Qasim in Lahore, Maulana Peer Abuzar Ghifari in Islamabad, Mufti Ata ur Rehman Qureshi in Karachi, Dr. Umar Farooq and Maulana Tanveer ul Hassan Naqvi in Talagang are paid tribute to Syed Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari for his work for freedom and Khatm-e-Nubuwwat movement in his speeches. Syed Ata ul Muhaimin Bukhari said that the work for the cause of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat is our heritage. Abdul Latif Khalid Cheema said that Syed ata ullah shah bukhari’s great work for the unity of Muslims and he gathered all sects of ullema on common platform of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat. The President of the student chapter of Ahrar, Tehreek-e-Talba-e-Islam Pakistan Muhammad Qasim Cheema said that we should follow the teaching of tolerance, peace and harmony.

In May 1974, some muslim students were passing through Rabwah, a town setup in Pakistan by Qadianis, when their train was attacked by Qadiani youth at Rabwah Station.Muslim students suffered severe injuries. Nationwide protests, strikes , demonstrations followed this attack and the whole country became aware of the Qadiani issue.

The then Prime Minister of Pakistan , Zulifqar Ali Bhutto , decided to have a debate in the national assembley on the issue of Qadianism. Mirza Nasir ,who was leader of this cult and was also a grandson of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, was invited personally to come and argue the case for Qadianis in front of the National assembly.

There were extensive discussions covering all aspects of Qadianism including Mirza Qadiani’s claims, his character , his insults , his teachings etc. The debate lasted 21 parliamentary days spanning over three months. Qadianis including the Lahori group took 13 out of those 21 days. Mirza Nasir , acting as the leader and the head of the Qadiani movement had argued and presented their case while from the muslims , Mufti Mahmood and Molana Ghulam Ghaus Hazarvi rahimahumullah were the main persons arguing the Islamic and anti Qadiani viewpoint.

After extensive debates lasting 21 parliamentary days , the whole Pakistan national assembly voted unanimously, declaring Qadianis to be kaafir and a non-muslim minority.

The proceedings of the Assembley were kept as Top Secret by the Pakistani Government. The Qadianis used to boast that
“If these proceedings are made public , half of Pakistan will become Qadiani overnight. ”
The government and the officials of the time knew and thought otherwise.
One man challenged the Pakistani Government in High Court last year to make the proceedings public . He won the case and as a result the government had to publish the proceedings . And they did in 21 volumes. Instead of half of Pakistan becoming Qadiani , on the contrary many Qadianis became muslims on reading the desperation , deceptions and the lies presented by Mirza Nasir.

The Qadiani hierarchy then fled Pakistan to come and settle in London, building their international headquarter in Morden in South London. Tomorrow 7th Sept is the anniversary of this famous historical ruling which declared all followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani to be “Kaafir”.
Followers of previous prophets were called all sorts of names but never were the followers of any real prophet of ALLAH declared as KAAFIRS.
